The eligibility criteria to become a Surgeon Member :

  • Practising robotic surgeon in any specialty committed to the development of speciality
  • Surgeon committed to learn and practice robotic surgery
  • Apply for Centre of Excellence in Robotic Surgery
  • Eligible for FARIS robotic surgery fellowship course
  • Voting rights and attend the annual general body meetings

Documents Required

  • Curriculum vitae
  • Soft copies of all certificates of academic qualifications & registration of national medical councils
  • Soft copy of the professional passport-size photograph in colour
  • Details of your work experience and any robotic training that you had undergone
  • Identity Proof - Soft copy of Aadhaar (Indian Surgeon) or Passport (International Surgeon)
  • Credit / Debit card / Net Banking details for payment and to activate the auto-debit facility

Note

  • The lifetime membership fee is for 15 years and will be reviewed after 15 years

The eligibility criteria to become a Associate Member :

  • Physician Specialist i.e. Anaesthetist, Endocrinologist, Diabetologist, Radiologist, Pulmonologist, Bariatric Physician, etc. can apply
  • Postgraduate students in surgery will be eligible with a covering letter from the respective head of the department
  • Para-medical specialists i.e. Nutritionist, Psychologist, Physical Trainer, Researcher, etc. can also submit the application.
